As a native of Scotland, I had the pleasure of staying at Pinemarten during Thunder in the Glen and I must say, it was a top-notch experience. the wigwam was cozy and clean, with all the facilities you could need right next to beautiful Loch Morlich. the staff, led by the fantastic Scott, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even arranging transport for us when taxis were scarce during the busy event. The Pine Marten Bar and scran offered delicious meals in a breathtaking setting. the full breakfast was just the right size and cooked to perfection, allowing us to enjoy the sights of birds and squirrels feeding while we dined. the location of Pinemarten is perfect for exploring the stunning landscape, with easy access to the loch, mountains, and forest trails. Overall, our stay at Pinemarten was excellent. the staff were friendly and accommodating, the facilities were clean and well-appointed, and the food at the Pine Marten was both tasty and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this location for those looking to experience the beauty of Aviemore. Thank you, Pinemarten, for a truly memorable stay.
